Billy Joe Watts is a former Instructor of RHEMA Bible Training Center and Associate Pastor at the 7000 member RHEMA Bible Church in Broken Arrow Oklahoma.

His dynamic and exciting preaching style is coupled with practical wisdom and application of the word of God. He has a way of ministering directly to the heart in a humorous and down to earth way. Reverend Billy Joe Watts is a refreshing vessel of God who ministers in the power and anointing of God.

He and his wife Theresa have hosted the “Hour of Healing” for Richard and Lindsey Roberts and have made several guest appearances on “Make Your Day Count.” They have also hosted and appeared on channel 17, a TBN affiliate station in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He is the founder and president of Billy Joe Watts Ministries, and Motivational Minutes, Inc., a company specializing in self-help, corporate and personal development. Billy Joe holds a B.A. degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from Prairie View A & M University, and is also a 1988 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center. He has traveled over seas and he and his wife, Theresa, have three children.

Theresa has served in the ministry with her husband for 20 years. Theresa has a desire to minister the Word of God to women all over the world. One of her greatest joys is to plant the Word of God into the lives of many, and to water the seed that has already been planted. Theresa enjoys helping to empower women both naturally and physically.

You'll enjoy her candid stories with laughter and tears, as she teaches the truth of God's mercy and grace. She delights in seeing the power of God destroy the yoke of bondage in the lives of women in today's world. God has allowed Theresa to not only be a light in the Christian world but also in the Public School System, where she served in the PTA for over 10 years.

Theresa is married to Billy Joe Watts, who was an Associate Pastor at RHEMA Bible Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where he served for 15 years. Theresa is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a BA Degree in Communications. She is also a 1996 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center. Theresa and Billy Joe have been married for 21 years and they have three children, B.J. Jr., Kendra and Brittany.
